Does Dr. Mendoza accept insurance?
Dr Mendoza is an out-of-network service provider. Session fees are due at the end of session. If requested, you will be supplied with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Before beginning treatment, check with your provider to see if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, what your deductible is, and what percentage of session fees are reimbursed after the deductible is met.
